1. Kitchen Preparation & Requirements

To ensure a seamless service and maintain the highest culinary standards, we kindly request that the kitchen is prepared as follows on the day of the event:

The kitchen should be tidy and clear of personal items.

The dishwasher must be empty and ready for use.

Sufficient workspace must be made available for food preparation. These requirements allow us to work efficiently and ensure that the quality of the dishes remains at the highest level.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered legally binding only upon receipt of a deposit. A deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required to secure your date. Once payment has been received, your event will be formally confirmed.

3. Payment Terms

The remaining balance is due as per our prior agreement, either one week before the event or on the day of the event. Payments can be made via [insert payment methods, e.g., bank transfer or cash].

4. Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by the client, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. This deposit serves to cover the dedicated planning, sourcing of ingredients, and the reservation of the date, which prevents us from taking other bookings.
